What information is processed
The form collects your name, email address, and message. Cloudflare also processes connection and browser information to deliver the site and verify the form against automated abuse.
Purpose and agreement for processing
Your message is used to respond to your enquiry, based on your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a), given by ticking the form checkbox. You can withdraw it for future processing. Cloudflare processes connection and browser information to prevent automated abuse, based on the controller’s legitimate interest in protecting the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Where the information goes
The message is stored on the OCI-hosted site and emailed to the site owner through Cloudflare Email Service, then delivered to the owner’s Hotmail inbox. Cloudflare processes site traffic and Turnstile checks.
How long it is kept
The copy in the site inbox is automatically deleted after 30 days. The notification email may remain in the recipient’s mailbox until it is deleted there; mailbox retention is controlled by that account.
Requests about your information
You can ask to access, correct, or delete a message before the 30-day cleanup by using the contact form and identifying the email address used. You can withdraw consent for future processing and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
